Record of Hangzhou Datong's 2022 New Year's Meeting

Congratulations to the company for successfully passing the independent assessment and review of occupational skill levels in Linping District

On December 2nd, five experts from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Linping District evaluated the pilot unit of Hangzhou Datong's independent application for vocational skill level recognition. At the review meeting, the expert group conducted a technical evaluation of the company's occupational skill level recognition job types and levels through methods such as listening to reports, verifying materials, conducting technical spot checks, and conducting interviews and consultations. After evaluation, the company has obtained the qualification for independent evaluation of enterprise vocational skill levels. It marks that Hangzhou Datong has entered a new stage in implementing the evaluation of enterprise skilled talents, and has truly realized the transformation of the evaluation of talents from the government's "the final say" to the enterprise's "the final say".
