Introduction
Since its establishment, Hangzhou Datong Company has been in existence for 48 years. For many years, it has always adhered to the concept of "seeking excellence, practicality, and excellence; innovating, creating, and creating brands", guided by the market, providing customers with high-quality products while also striving to assume various social responsibilities of the enterprise.
Due to the company's lack of sufficient systematic understanding of CSR in the past, most of its actions were mostly spontaneous, often resulting in a lack of systematic thinking and organizational coordination, leading to certain limitations. At the beginning of 2023, Goldwind Technology Company proposed specific requirements for CSR to its suppliers, especially after attending the Supplier CSR Training Conference in March this year. The senior management of Hangzhou Datong Company further deepened their understanding of CSR and became more firm in their previous CSR memories. They incorporated CSR into the company's development plan, actively interacting with society and customers, and achieving a multi-dimensional healthy development situation for the enterprise, society, and employees.

CSR Vision and Strategy
2. Vision
The CSR vision of Datong Company is to uphold the concept of "seeking excellence, practicality, excellence, innovation, creation, and brand creation", sincerely serve customers, collaborate with customers, employees, and society to create a green and beautiful tomorrow, and jointly achieve: there is wind, electricity, Datong, you, me, and blue sky.
2.2 CSR Strategy
In order to gradually approach the company's CSR vision, in March 2022, the senior management of the company incorporated CSR into the company's strategic planning. In the next five-year plan, the company will fulfill more social responsibilities by improving employee benefits, improving working conditions, strengthening green development management, and participating in public welfare and charity activities.
3. Environment and Sustainable Development
3.1 Environment and Environmental Protection
3.3.1 In the packaging design of products, environmental factors should be considered, and corresponding environmental and energy-saving normative documents should be optimized from the source. It is clearly stipulated that environmental factors must be considered in the packaging process of products, and all products must comply with RoHS or other environmental requirements. At the same time, in the selection of materials, efforts should be made to select environmentally friendly and recyclable materials.
3.2 Equipment Technical Renovation Projects
3.2.1 In order to reduce oil fume emissions, the sealing modification of the through type heat treatment equipment has improved the insulation effect and reduced electrical energy consumption.
3.2.2 In order to reduce energy consumption, we plan to purchase high-quality nut cold punching equipment and strive to eliminate existing high energy consuming hot forging nut equipment in the process of power consumption and water conservation.
3.2.3 Renovation of cafeteria range hoods to make smoke emissions more environmentally friendly and in line with national requirements.
3.2.4 The 1.5MW photovoltaic self built power generation project will continue to be put into operation, injecting new vitality into clean and sustainable energy.
4. Occupational Health and Safety
4.1 Increase safety and fire protection facilities and equipment such as fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and emergency exit signs on a large scale throughout the company.
4.2 Continue to plan regular lightning protection and grounding inspections for methanol and propane usage rooms to ensure the arrival of summer, avoid lightning damage, and prevent safety accidents from occurring.
4.3 Established a chemical inventory and provided MSDS for all chemicals, trained chemical operators, and carried out a series of corrective activities.
4.4 Vigorously promote environmental protection within the company, strengthen employee environmental awareness, and sign a comprehensive safety performance agreement for all employees in 2024 to ensure the implementation of safety indicators in 2024.
4.5 Special certification for on-the-job training:
4.5.1 Complete 96 hours of safety officer certification training;
4.5.2 Add security administrator training and obtain a security administrator certificate;
4.5.3 Special job certification retraining for electricians, welders, and forklift operators.
4.6 Add 2 emergency medicine boxes, regularly check whether the drugs are complete, whether there is a dedicated person to manage them, and register their use.
5. Labor protection
5.1 Sort out and improve the "Human Resource Management System", which includes the improvement of the recruitment system. The company strictly implements the relevant labor and employment regulations of the country, Zhejiang Province, and Hangzhou City. The company publicly recruits candidates, and applicants compete fairly for positions without any discrimination or unfair treatment based on age, gender, region, race, religious beliefs, or other factors.
5.2 Training and Promotion
The Comprehensive Department of the company is responsible for organizing and supervising the implementation of employee training. The current training includes:
New employee onboarding training, including company introduction, rules and regulations, fire safety regulations, professional ethics education, etc; Pre job training for the employing department, including job operation procedures, equipment safety operating procedures, etc;
Training for personnel in special positions, such as forklift operators, electricians, welders, etc.
CSR management plan training: including the promotion of the 2024 energy-saving and emission reduction plan, CSR 2024 annual goals, and training on the CSR management manual.
5.3 Optimize cafeteria food sample management regulations to ensure the health rights and interests of employees.
5.4 In the first half of the year, the company's labor and human rights goals were achieved as follows:

6 Work Environment
6.1 The company guarantees that the working environment is clean, bright, and well ventilated, with central air conditioning installed in the office building and cooling equipment such as fans installed in the production workshop; The office formulates and implements a public area hygiene management system to ensure that all employees have a good, safe, and healthy working environment.
The office also requires all employees not to litter, peel, etc. during the onboarding training, and to take good care of public facilities.
6.2 Employee Club
6.2.1 Open the table tennis room and mobilize table tennis enthusiasts to participate in the activity.
6.2.2 Optimize the office environment for employees and collectively move the offices of the Technical Quality Department and Production Department to a new environment.
7. Communication channels
The company advocates for broad communication and gathering opinions, and has added two employee mailboxes for feedback from personnel at all levels, which will be transmitted to the top management of the company. At the same time, the comprehensive department organizes employee relationship interviews with employees at all levels to fully understand their voices and listen to more opinions.
8. Employee protection
The company strictly implements the minimum work standards in the Hangzhou area and pays overtime wages in strict accordance with labor law standards, ensuring that wages are paid in full and on time on the 20th of each month in monetary form (by transfer or cash) without any arrears.
The company has purchased social insurance for each employee and added personal accident commercial supplementary insurance for high-risk positions.
