The vocational skill level certificate issued by the company to qualified personnel through independent evaluation is included in the Hangzhou Skilled Talent Database. Enterprises are entitled to policies such as training, appraisal subsidies, point based household registration, and rental subsidies in accordance with regulations, and can participate in and apply for the selection and commendation of high skilled talents and the construction of high skilled talents in Hangzhou. At the same time, qualified personnel who have been included in the Hangzhou Skilled Talents Database and meet the conditions can receive technical skill improvement subsidies and other government prescribed subsidies in accordance with regulations.
