The Zhejiang delegation headed by Xia Baolong, secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, arrived in New Delhi at noon on November 25, and began a three-day business friendly exchange visit to India.
